This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided, ensuring transparency and fairness for all clients.

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers such as 2Checkout, Paddle, and PayPal.

Lead-to-Meetings (Monthly Subscription)

  • This service operates on a monthly subscription basis.
  • No refunds are offered once a billing cycle has started.
  • We work diligently throughout each subscription period to secure qualified meetings and ensure the best possible results.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Lead Generation

  • Monthly Subscription Plans: No refunds are provided once the subscription cycle begins.
  • Pay-as-You-Go Plans: Refunds or partial refunds may be offered depending on the portion of the project completed at the time of cancellation.
  • If no valid leads are delivered, a full refund may be considered.

Email & Contact Lists

  • For custom email and contact list projects, we may issue full or partial refunds depending on the percentage of the project completed.
  • Refunds are calculated fairly, based on the number of valid contacts delivered.
  • If the project is fully completed and delivered as per the client’s request, no refund will be issued.

Data Enrichment & Entry

  • If we are unable to complete your project, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed work.
  • Projects delivered in full according to the agreed specifications are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@leadtomeetings.com within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method (2Checkout, Paddle, or PayPal).
  • Please note that transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Active subscription fees already billed are non-refundable.
  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed are not eligible for refunds.
