DAY REFUND WINDOW

We offer a full refund within 3 calendar days of your signup date. After 3 days, all payments are final because we commit resources to your campaign immediately.

Summary: LeadTo Meetings offers a 3-day refund window from your initial signup date. After those 3 days, no refund is possible. This policy applies to all plans, all categories, and all clients.

01. WHY WE HAVE A 3-DAY POLICY

When you sign up with LeadTo Meetings, we start building your campaign infrastructure immediately. Specifically, within hours of your signup, we take the following actions:

  • Purchase phone-verified accounts (PVAs) specifically for your campaign
  • Purchase dedicated residential proxies assigned to your account
  • Assign one or more dedicated specialists to your project
  • Research your local market, product category, and target buyer profile
  • Prepare your listing templates and posting strategy

Because these resources are purchased and allocated immediately upon signup, they cannot be recovered or reused after assignment. Therefore, our refund window is strictly limited to 3 days.

Furthermore, this approach follows the industry standard for managed marketplace services that require an immediate upfront resource commitment.

02. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Before you request a refund, check the eligibility criteria below to confirm your situation qualifies.

  • Valid payment confirmed on our system

  • Request made after 3 calendar days of signup
  • Campaign has already launched and listings are live
  • Monthly renewal payments once the cycle has started
  • Dissatisfaction with lead volume or results
  • Change of mind after campaign launch
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

03. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund within the 3-day window, simply follow these four steps:

SEND AN EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS

First, email hello@leadtomeetings.com with the subject line "Refund Request โ€” [Your Business Name]" within 3 calendar days of your signup date.

INCLUDE YOUR DETAILS

Next, include your full name, business name, signup date, the plan you purchased, and the reason for your refund request.

WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST

After that, we review your request within 1 business day and confirm whether it meets our 3-day refund eligibility criteria.

REFUND PROCESSED

Finally, if we approve your request, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

04. MONTHLY RENEWALS

Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. However, if you want to cancel your service, here is what to do:

  • Submit a cancellation request to hello@leadtomeetings.com before your next billing date
  • Your service continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
  • We will not charge you for any future billing cycles after your cancellation is confirmed

05. SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

In the rare event of a significant disruption caused solely by LeadTo Meetings โ€” and not by third-party platform changes โ€” we work with you on a case-by-case basis. Specifically, this may include:

  • Service credit toward a future billing cycle
  • Extension of your current service period
  • A prorated adjustment at our discretion

However, disruptions caused by changes to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or other third-party platforms do not qualify for refunds, because these factors are outside our control.

06. NO REFUND FOR RESULTS

LeadTo Meetings does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with lead volume, buyer quality, or sales results. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales outcomes.

Instead, our commitment is maximum daily effort โ€” posting, screening, and delivering leads consistently. That said, market results vary by location, season, and inventory type.

07. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting LeadTo Meetings is a violation of these terms. Instead, if you have a payment concern, please reach out to us at hello@leadtomeetings.com first. As a result, we can resolve any genuine disputes quickly and fairly.

Furthermore, fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of your service and may be reported to relevant authorities.
